1.We will assign a team  from our existing pool of staff, or recruit specifically for you
2. Provide a fully equipped workstation with normal appropriate software for the staff to the job assigned
3. Ensure staff is available 8 hours a day Monday to Friday.
4. Provide such assistance to assigned staff as necessary to support the staff 
5. Provide records of developments and updates as required
6. Replace any team member if you require us to
7. Provide quality checks and tests
8. Provide test server
9. Installation on your server if required
10. Twelve months Agreement with three month break if needed.
